The olive business of Mr. Ioannis Higas started as an agricultural company in 1996 by growing the family olive trees and selling Greek fresh olives in the national market. In 2000, a new company was founded under the name Eleones Halkidiki SA. Our company’s vision is to develop a state-of-the-art food industry and promote our family olives in the best and most demanding markets worldwide.

OUR FARMS
Our 20.000 olive tree groove is situated in the beautiful Halkidiki Peninsula of Greece. Our olives are grown in fields that neighbor the Aegean Sea, with plenty of sun and personal care of our family.

Our agricultural system is certified by the national AGRO standard of sustainable agriculture.
